   Duotemp provides HVAC services including installation, repair, and maintenance of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. Website access allows users to request quotes, schedule consultations, or learn about our services.

3. Estimates & Service Agreements
   Quotes and estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are not binding until confirmed in a written service agreement.
   Project timelines and costs may be adjusted if unforeseen conditions or scope changes occur.

4. Payment Terms
   Payment details will be outlined in each service agreement.
   Deposits may be required before work begins.
   Late payments may incur interest charges or service suspension, in accordance with Ontario law.

5. Warranties & Consumer Rights
   Duotemp guarantees workmanship in accordance with industry standards and provides manufacturer warranties on products where applicable.
   These warranties do not cover misuse, neglect, or alterations made by others.
   Consumer rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 apply.

6. Limitation of Liability
   To the extent permitted by law, Duotemp shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

7. Intellectual Property
   All content on duotemp.ca, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Duotemp. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it without permission.

8. Indemnification
   You agree to indemnify and hold Duotemp harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of our Website or breach of these Terms.

9. Termination
   We reserve the right to restrict or terminate Website access or services at any time, without liability, if you breach these Terms.

10. Governing Law
